With appropriate notice, Adventure clergy are often available to perform public or private Rites of Passage. These include
* Wiccaning (welcoming a baby or young child into the community)
* Paging (acknowledging a youngster's graduation from "little kid" to "big kid")
* Coming of Age (pledging support to the newly-adult)
* Handfasting (a Wiccan wedding, which can be religious and/or legal)
* Handparting (religious divorce)
* Queening or Kinging (acknowledging achieving that mystical state of "grown up")
* Croning or Saging (acknowlegding age, experience and wisdom)
* Deathing (attending the dying)
* Funeral (memorial, life celebration, etc.)
We charge for these services, as ministers of other faiths do, at our discretion.
We may agree to invite you to a Sabbat or Esbat; we may agree to perform such a rite for your family, study group, or congregation.
Adventure Wiccans sometimes participate in or lead open rituals sponsored by the Tucson Area Wiccan-Pagan Network, which invites the public to a yearly round of Sabbat rites hosted by various Pagan groups.
Any of us may accept individuals, whether curious or wishing to follow a Wiccan path, for one-on-one instruction. Whether or not to accept personal students is entirely up to the priest/ess who's been asked. Referrals may be made to other teachers.
The Circle Between the Worlds is Adventure Wicca's "Outer Court," or teaching group. It is open only to Dedicants.
Some Adventure clergy may be available for spiritual counseling, at the traditionstead, a covenstead, or a venue of the counselee's choice. We may also be available for hospital and other institutional visits.
If you would like to arrange any of these services, please click on this box to e-mail us. Give us an idea of the service you need in the subject line.
Please realize that our liturgical calendar is set according to Solstices, Equinoxes, and Cross-Quarter days, and that we need as much advance notice as possible to schedule rites close to Sabbats.
